This site is a one-man shop. When you write in, it's me, Ken Clein, who reads it and me who writes back. Email support@dynastyfootballfan.com and I'll answer within 48 hours, usually a good bit faster.
What to write about
- A league that won't sync, or a number that looks wrong. Tell me the league, the player and the page, and I'll dig in. Data accuracy is the whole point of this site, so I take these seriously.
- Billing, Pro and refunds. The refund policy covers the basics; email me for anything else.
- Deleting your account or your data. Send the request from the address on your account and I'll take care of it.
- An idea or a feature you want. I keep a list, and plenty of what's on the site started as somebody's email.
