Who we are
DynastyFootballFan.com is operated by CLEINONLINE LLC, a Florida limited liability company, which is responsible for the information described here. Contact: support@dynastyfootballfan.com.
What we collect
- Email address — to run your account, and to send you the newsletter if you asked for it. There are two ways to ask. You can fill in the signup form on the site, which is operated by Beehiiv, our email platform. Or you can tick the newsletter box when you create an account, in which case we pass your address to Beehiiv once you've confirmed it — never before, and never if you left the box unticked. Beehiiv stores and processes your address under its own privacy policy. We use your email to run your account and send the newsletter, and nothing else. If you've unsubscribed before, creating a new account does not put you back on the list.
- League information — if you use the My Leagues feature, the league identifiers you provide are used to fetch roster and league data from your league host (MyFantasyLeague or Sleeper) via their public APIs, and may be stored in our database so your pages load quickly.
- Usage analytics — we use Google Analytics to understand which pages are read and where visitors come from. Google sets cookies for this and processes data under its privacy policy.
- Payments (Pro subscribers) — checkout is run by Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle collects your payment details and billing address under its own privacy policy. We never see or store your card number. Paddle tells us your email address, country, plan, and whether your subscription is active, so we can switch Pro on for your account.
- Browser preferences — small settings (for example, whether you've dismissed the newsletter banner) are kept in your browser's localStorage. They never leave your device.
What we don't do
We don't sell or rent your information to anyone. We don't run third-party ad trackers. We don't collect or store card details; Paddle handles payment. We don't ask for, or want, more data than the features need.
Third-party services
The site runs on Netlify (hosting), Supabase (database and sign-in), Beehiiv (newsletter), Resend (account and site emails), Paddle (checkout and billing, for Pro), and Google Analytics (usage statistics). League data comes from the MyFantasyLeague and Sleeper APIs at your request. Each processes data under its own policy; we share with them only what's needed to operate the feature you're using.
Your choices
- Newsletter: every email contains a one-click unsubscribe link.
- Analytics cookies: blockable with any standard browser setting or extension; the site works fully without them.
- Deletion: want your account, email or league data removed? Email support@dynastyfootballfan.com and we'll delete it. Paddle keeps the records of any purchase that tax law requires it to keep.
Changes
