Refund Policy

The short version
If Pro isn't for you, ask for your money back within 14 days of paying and you'll get all of it. No form to fill in, no reason needed.
The details
- Within 14 days of a payment: a full refund of that payment, annual or monthly, first purchase or renewal.
- After 14 days, annual plans: a pro-rated refund for the unused months, at our discretion. Tell us what happened and we'll be fair about it.
- After 14 days, monthly plans: no partial-month refunds. Cancel any time and Pro runs to the end of the month you paid for.
- Founding Members: a refund ends Founding Member status. The $29-a-year price is held for life only while the subscription stays active. If you come back after the Founding window has closed, it's at the price of the day.
- Where the law gives you more (for example, cancellation rights for consumers in the EU and UK), you get the more generous of the two.
How to ask
Email support@dynastyfootballfan.com from the address on your account, or use the link in the receipt you got from Paddle. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders, so the refund itself comes back to you through Paddle, to the card or account you paid with. Most banks show it within 5–10 business days.
Cancelling without a refund
You can cancel from your account page at any time. Pro stays on until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
